In case the toilet is still blocked, you can try another method. For instance, you can mix a cup of baking soda and three litres of hot water in a mixing basin, then pour in two cups of white vinegar slowly. The resulting fizz should help to dissolve and remove the blockage. In some situations, adding hot water and a small amount of dish soap may also do the trick. The hot water will dissolve any clumped toilet paper, while the soap will lubricate and push the blockage along the pipe.
